Peach and Pear Popsicles

Refreshing, simple to make and more importantly delicious. Need we say anymore? Our Peach and Pear Popsicles uses real fruit pieces and of course, our AVANTCHA Peach & Pear White Tea. This light white tea has notes of sunflower petals and white rose buds to add those lovely floral hints with dried peach and pear pieces. Having tea has never tasted this cool. Read on how you can recreate these tasty treats…


Prep Time: 6 hours & 5 mins

Servings: 10


Ingredients

  • 8g of loose leaf AVANTCHA Peach and Pear White Tea
  • 350ml of hot water
  • 1 fresh peach (yellow or white)
  • 30g of sugar syrup or honey (or any sweetener of choice) or sweeten to your preference

Directions

  1. Brew the AVANTCHA Peach and Pear White Tea in hot water for 3 mins and decant. Add your sweetener. Refrigerate to cool down before pouring evenly into popsicle moulds
  2. (Optional) Add a slice of fresh peach into each mould, add a wooden stick and cover
  3. Pour the tea evenly into the moulds. Add a slice of fresh peach to each mould for an extra touch, then insert wooden sticks and cover
  4. Freeze for about 6 hours and enjoy your Peach and Pear Popsicles
  5. Store in moulds or wrappers in freezer

Tip: Remove popsicles from the mould by running a bit of warm water over the mould.
